PostgreSQL 17.9 for x86_64, built in Ubuntu 22.04 (glibc 2.35, OpenSSL 3.0) from the source
tarball sha256 3b9a62538a8da151e807a3ddb1198e8605f2032544d78f403ae883d27ecf1ee4 — the same bytes the macOS and arm64 builds used.
configure: --without-icu --without-readline --with-ssl=openssl
RUNPATH $ORIGIN/../lib on every tool; $ORIGIN/../../lib on the extensions.
libssl.so.3 and libcrypto.so.3 carried into lib/ from this image.
contrib: `make -C contrib install` in the same configured tree, added 2026-09-22 by ADR 0225 rung L7. The rung L4
staging ran `make install` alone and carried no extension but plpgsql, so the hub's first migration could not create
pgcrypto. 242 files added: 47 extension libraries (RUNPATH $ORIGIN/../../lib, now all 75), 193 extension files and 2
tsearch rules. Proved from a moved copy with the original hidden, as an unprivileged user: initdb, CREATE EXTENSION
pgcrypto, gen_random_uuid(), digest() -> 32 bytes, all 43 extensions created, the hub's migration 001 applied
(10 tables), pg_dump.
Not carried, and carried by the arm64 build: the nine static archives lib/*.a. No runtime reads them.
